Virginia E. Neill, born Feb. 24, 1943, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2022, with her girls by her side.

In life she attended and graduated from Athens High School. She worked as an office manager for Dr. John Galewaler in Whitesboro, Tx. for over 50 years.

Preceded in death was her father, Elmer Waggener, mother Nancy E. Tiner, sister Linds Caldwell and daughter Virginia A. Hudgins.

Survived by her daughters, Theresa and her husband Alan Lewis, Elaine Hudgins, Rae Cloutier and Debbie Wimer. She has four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Virginia will be fondly remembered by family and

Services will be held on Friday, August 5 at Scoggins Funeral Home, Van Alstyne, Tx. from 2:00 to 4:00 pm with gravesite immediately following.
