Texoma Medical Center is pleased to announce the birth of the first baby born at the hospital in 2023. Baby New Year is Elleianna Elizabeth who was born at 4:37 am on Sunday, January 1, to parents Clay and Alaura Quassa and a big sister. At birth, she weighed 9 lbs. and 3 oz. and measured 22 inches long. To celebrate the happy occasion, nurses with The Birth Place at TMC presented the family with a basket full of gifts.
