Grayson County commissioners will consider moving to the second floor of courthouse for meetings

To allow room for social distancing, the Grayson County Commissioners Court has been meeting in the east courtroom on the second floor of the Grayson County courthouse for months.

Tuesday, they will discuss making that move a permanent thing until the COVID-19 situation changes.

The court meets at 10 a.m. in the Grayson County Courthouse.

In addition to discussing the move, the court will also consider changing the oversight of the Judge R.C. Vaughan County Law Library from the Grayson County District Attorney's Office to the commissioners court.

Commissioners will also go into executive session to discuss the purchase of real property and to discuss the appointment or reassignment of duties of a public employee.
