Tryston Gaines finished with 17 points and 11 rebounds and Cade Acker added nine points and four assists for Whitesboro, which hosts Callisburg on Friday night. The Bearcats and Pilot Point, who play each other next week, are the only undefeated teams left in the district standings.
Ponder (13-10, 2-1) plays at Pilot Point on Friday night.
