HILLSBORO — The Grayson College Vikings piled up runs to sweep Hill College, 23-5 and 21-6, in North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference action on Monday in games postponed from the weekend by weather.


In Game 2, Jarrett Gonzales was 3-for-5 with two home runs, a double, five RBI and scored four times, Brandon Talley was 3-for-6 with two homers and six RBI, Josh Rodriguez was 2-for-3 with a grand slam, double, walked twice, six RBI and scored three times, Braydon Webb was 2-for-5 with a double, three RBI and scored three times and Hayden Houser singled, walked three times and scored three times for the Vikings (27-9, 13-3), who play a double-header at McLennan at 1 p.m. on Wednesday


Grayson started the day with a 21-5 victory in five innings. Gonzalez was 2-for-2 with a pair of home runs, including a grand slam, eight RBI and scored five times, Cordell Dunn was 3-for-4 with two homers, including a grand slam, six RBI and scored three times, Webb was 2-for-3 with double, triple, walked twice, drove in four and scored twice, Talley was 2-for-3 with two RBI and scored three times, Will Quillen was 2-for-3, walked twice and scored and Riley McKinney drove in two runs.
