PROSPER — Elizabeth Schroeter threw a no-hitter with eight strikeouts and no walks and also went 2-for-3 with two doubles and three RBI as Gunter defeated Callisburg, 15-0, in three innings in a District 9-3A contest moved to Prosper because of field conditions on Tuesday night.

Olivia Eft was 2-for-2 with a triple, four RBI and scored twice, Hayden Fox was 2-for-2 with a double and scored twice, Kaylee Pruitt was 2-for-3, drove in a run and scored, Beth Gilbreath was 2-for-3 and scored twice and Abby Gilbreath singled and drove in two runs for Gunter (15-6, 3-0), which is tied with Pilot Point for first place.

Ponder 3, S&S 2

PONDER — Haylee Mahan was 3-for-4 with a triple and scored twice for S&S but Ponder scored all its runs in the bottom of the seventh to rally past the Lady Rams in 9-3A action on Tuesday night.

Riley Marshall drove in two runs, Taylor Maxwell walked twice and Lauren Jaresh allowed three runs on three hits with 15 strikeouts and four walks for S&S (7-6, 1-2).

District 10-3A

Bells 14, Bonham 5

BONHAM — Alexis Tanguma was 3-for-5 with a home run, three RBI and scored twice as first-place Bells defeated Bonham in District 10-3A action on Tuesday.

Cheyenne Floyd was 2-for-3 with a home run, walked twice, drove in two and scored three times, Bella Smith was 2-for-4 with a home run, two RBI and scored twice, Cheznie Hale was 2-for-4 with a double and scored, Chesney Blount singled, drove in two runs and scored and Mia Moore walked twice and scored twice for Bells (19-0-1, 4-0).

Shelby Jones was 3-for-3 with a double, two RBI and scored, Raegan Shackelford was 2-for-4 with a double and drove in a run and Joli Kirkpatrick homered and scored twice for Bonham (18-3, 1-2).

District 12-2A

Collinsville 18, Era 2 (5)

ERA — Bailey Cantrell was 4-for-4 and a home run shy of the cycle with three RBI and scored twice as Collinsville beat Era in district action on Tuesday.

Brookelyn Haning was 4-for-4 with two doubles and a triple, three RBI and scored three times, Carrie Johnson was 2-for-4 with two triples, three RBI and scored twice, Gracie Cavin was 2-for-4 with a triple, four RBI and scored twice, Kaitlyn Long was 3-for-4 with two doubles and scored twice, Talon Andrews was 2-for-3 with a double, drove in a run and scored twice and Lexi Roberts doubled, walked twice and scored three runs for Collinsville.


Sulphur Springs 7, Sherman 4

SULPHUR SPRINGS — Jillian Whitmire drove in two runs as Sherman closed out non-district play with a loss against Sulphur Springs on Tuesday night.

Kaitlyn Bang doubled, Jessica Bridges singled, walked and drove in a run, Ashley Boatright singled and scored and Jessica Shrum singled and drove in a run for Sherman (5-13), which starts District 10-5A action at Princeton on Tuesday.
