DURANT, Okla. — Southeastern Oklahoma State’s Zach James continued his winning streak at the Newman Fall Invitational and earned his third Great American Conference Men’s Golfer of the Week honor.

James, a Whitesboro native, picked up his third straight tournament victory as he dominated the field at the Newman Invitational.

He finished seven strokes clear of his closest competitor, teammate Hayden Foster.

For the second time this season, James posted three rounds in the 60s as he shot 10-under par for the week. He fired the low individual score for each of the three rounds.

The win is his seventh over his career and he takes home the GAC Golfer of the Week honor for the eighth time.
