As Hurricane Creek celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2019, the golf course located in Anna will be hosting three qualifiers over the next three weeks.

First up is the Texas State Men’s Amateur on Sunday April 29 with 18 holes of stroke play starting at 8 a.m. for the championship being held June 14-17 at Whispering Pines in Trinity.

The second is onMonday April 30. This is a qualifier for the LPGA Tour Volunteer of American Texas Classic with tee times beginning at noon. This LPGA Tour stop will take place at Old American in the Colony from May 3-6.

The last qualifier is for the U.S. Open. This is the second time in three years that Hurricane Creek has been selected to host this event. The qualifier will take place on May 10 with tee times starting at 7:30 a.m. for the U.S. Open being held at Shinnecock Hills in Southhampton N.Y. from June 14-17.
