DURANT, Okla. — Following her effort in a 2-1 series victory over Southern Nazarene, Southeastern Oklahoma State’s Destiny Riddle has been named the Great American Player of the Week.
Riddle went a perfect 8-for-8 in the Savage Storm’s three-game series against Southern Nazarene, including posting a pair of three-hit games in the series.
She drove in a pair of runs in Game 2 and added three more RBI in the finale. She raised her average 36 points to .362.
Southeastern will be back in action April 20-21 when it travels to Oklahoma Baptist for a four-game series.
