August 14, 1968 – November 19, 2022 Our beloved Shanna (Nanna) Seaver passed away on November 19, 2022 in her home in Pottsboro, Texas. Shanna was just 54. She was born Shanna Renee Mathis on August 14, 1968. Shanna never met a stranger.

She loved people, was not quick to judge, and accepted everyone exactly as they were. She always said exactly what was on her mind, and it would usually make you laugh. Shanna had a captivating personality. Shanna was creative. Before bad health, she spent a lot of her time making things for people she loved. If she wasn’t making gifts, she was probably buying them. Shanna loved to give. Shanna was strong.

She endured things many wouldn’t be able to face, and she did it without complaint. Shanna always had a grateful heart and never asked for much. Shanna loved her family dearly. Her two sons were the light of her life and the relationship with her twin sister was cherished. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, daughter, and friend. Shanna will truly be missed and never forgotten.

Shanna leaves behind her husband, Marshall Seaver; twin sister, Shelley Mathis; two beloved sons, Chase and Caleb Mathis; two grandchildren, Carlie and Colt Mathis, one unborn grandchild; mother, Jackie Paul Stanley; younger sister, LeeAnn Stanley, in addition to a host of nieces, nephews and other loved ones. Shanna is preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Mathis.
