Reba Martin Adams Sims, 85, of Denison passed on to her Heavenly home on Saturday June 11, 2022. She was born in Colbert, OK on August 30, 1936 to James Albert and Helen Grace Martin. She lived her life in Denison, TX. She had a 25-year career with Texas Instruments. Reba was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, mother-in-law, sister, aunt and was loved by all.

Reba was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Helen Martin, her husband of 40 years and father of her children Bobby Glen Adams.

Reba married Jack Sims on November 28, 1996. They enjoyed many years of traveling and being involved with the grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of the home Jack Sims, children Terri Adams Davis and husband Keith, LeAnne Adams Ladd and husband Allen, David Adams and wife Leann and step-daughter Rhonda Sims Martinez. Grandchildren Kristin Davis Ray, Michael Davis, Tyler Ladd, Jacob Ladd, Chelsea Adams, Austin Adams, great-grandson Landon Shearin and sister Betty Clark.

She was referred to as “Gran” or “Granny” by her six grandchildren and great grandchild; she was active in raising each of them. She was always there to pick up and deliver grandchildren as well as attend their events and all knew they could count on her to be on their side. She will forever live on in our hearts.

Reba was an active member of Trinity Lighthouse Church until several years ago when her health began to fail. Services will be held at Trinity Lighthouse Church, Thursday, June 16, 2022 @ 11:00 a.m.
