Public Tours of New Schools Set for Sept. 6

Join Sherman ISD on Saturday, September 6 for an inside look at the three new elementary schools that opened to students for the 2025-26 school year! This is the first time that any member of the community can visit the schools and see the future of learning in Sherman!

Each event will include a short program with public tours immediately to follow. The schedule will be as follows:

  • Crutchfield Elementary, 521 S Dewey Ave. – 9 a.m.
  • Fairview Elementary, 501 W Taylor St. – 11 a.m.
  • Parker Elementary, 1501 Heritage Ranch Trl. – 1:30 p.m.

Due to the high-tech industry growth that is transforming the Sherman community, these buildings were funded through the district’s 2023 bond program without an increase to the tax rate.
