Burglary — Thursday an officer went to the 700 block of E. Summit Street to investigate a burglary. A woman at the location said a person entered her house and took some of her belongings. The officer made a report for burglary of a habitation.

Loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise — While finishing a call for service Thursday in the 2300 block of Taylor Street, an officer heard a loud and disturbing noise coming from a parking lot. The officer found that the sound was music coming from a car. While being questioned, a man in the car provided the officer with evasive and conflicting answers. The officer arrested the man for loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise.
Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon — An officer responded to a disturbance Thursday in the 2100 block of Peggys Cove. A man had threatened another man with a knife at the house. The officer arrested the man for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and took him to the Grayson County Jail.
Criminal trespass — On Friday, officers responded to property in the 200 block of W. Hull Street. Officers found a man there who had a criminal trespass warning for the property. While searching him, officers found that he was in possession of a syringe. Officers arrested the man for criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia and outstanding warrants from the Denison PD and Grayson County.
