Theft – On Wednesday, police went to a business in the 400 block of East U.S. Highway 82 regarding a theft. Employees had detained a woman for stealing more than $50 of merchandise. Police arrested the woman for theft and took her to the Grayson County Jail.

Theft – An officer went Wednesday to a business in the 2200 block of Texoma Parkway in reference to the theft of a hydraulic jack from the parking lot. The officer made a report for theft.

Driving while license invalid – Police stopped a vehicle Wednesday for a minor traffic violation in the 1500 block of East Mildred Street. The driver was found to have a suspended license and previous convictions for driving with a suspended license. Police arrested the driver for driving while license invalid – previous conviction and took him to the Grayson County Jail.

Indecent exposure – A woman came to the police department Wednesday and reported that while she was parked in the 1800 block of Loy Lake Road, a man pulled up next to her and committed a sexual act. Police made a report for indecent exposure.

Robbery – On Wednesday, a woman came to the police department to report an assault. The woman said that a suspect that she knew stole her money and dragged her by a car. Police made a report for robbery.

Information report – Officer responded Wednesday to the 200 block of North Travis Street in reference to two suspicious men. Officers located the men, and found that one of them was carrying a backpack that contained multiple tools commonly used to commit thefts, miscellaneous vehicle documents belonging to multiple owners and possible stolen electronics. Police arrested the man for outstanding warrants. During the search, officers found a Texas ID card and a money card that did not belong to the man.

Illegal dumping – On Wednesday, an officer initiated a traffic stop in the 4200 block of North Travis Street for having expired registration. The officer also found that the inspection for the car was expired. During the traffic stop, the driver threw a cigarette butt on the ground. The officer arrested the man for expired registration, expired inspection and illegal dumping, and took him to Grayson County Jail.
