BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — A 16-year-old male and an 18-year-old male were taken into custody Thursday morning after five people were found dead in a Tulsa residence The Tulsa World reported Thursday. All five had been stabbed.

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — A 16-year-old male and an 18-year-old male were taken into custody Thursday morning after five people were found dead in a Tulsa residence The Tulsa World reported Thursday. All five had been stabbed.


Around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday the bodies were found while police were performing a welfare check after a 911 call had been placed, but no one spoke on the line. The call was traced to the 900 block of Magnolia Court Sgt. Thomas Cooper told the Tulsa newspaper.


The Tulsa World said that in the home, an unharmed 2-year-old was also found along with a 13-year-old girl in critical condition. The 13-year-old is now stable, and both have been placed into the custody of the Department of Human Services.


The Tulsa World also said that none of the victims have been identified nor have their ages or sexes been released, but Broken Arrow Police Cpl. Leon Calhoun said two of the deceased were adults and three of the deceased were juveniles and that the suspects and the victims are all related.


DHS and Broken Arrow police are both investigating the local newspaper reported.
