Theft - On June 23, a female complainant made telephone contact with an officer regarding a theft. The complainant stated an unknown suspect stole property located in the 300 block of West Cherry Street in Sherman Texas. The incident occurred on June 22. A theft of property under $100 report was generated.


Criminal mischief - On June 23, a male reporting party made telephone contact with an officer regarding criminal mischief. The reporting party stated an unknown suspect, damaged property at a business located in the 4800 block of North Heritage Parkway in Sherman. The incident was discovered on June 22. Criminal mischief - On June 23, a female reporting party made telephone contact with an officer regarding criminal mischief. The reporting party stated an unknown suspect damaged property at a business located in the 4600 block of North Heritage Parkway in Sherman, Texas. The incident was discovered on June 23. A criminal mischief $2,500

Burglary - On June 23, a female complainant made telephone contact with an officer regarding a theft. The complainant stated an unknown suspect made entry into her vehicle and stole property. The vehicle was parked at a residence located in the 1200 block of Yorkshire Drive in Sherman. The incident occurred on March 28. A burglary of a vehicle report was generated.


Burglary - On June 23, a female complainant made telephone contact with an officer regarding a theft. The complainant stated an unknown suspect made entry into her vehicle and stole property. The vehicle was parked at a residence located in the 300 block of South Heritage Parkway in Sherman, Texas. The incident occurred sometime between June 21-22. A burglary of a vehicle report was generated.


Burglary - On June 23, a Sherman PD Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of S. Heritage Pkwy in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival and investigation, it was determined that unknown suspects entered into a storage building and stole multiple tools. A burglary of building report was generated and is under investigation.


Driving while intoxicated - June 24, Sherman Police Department Dispatch received a call in reference to an intoxicated driver at the 1600 block of E Magnolia Street Sherman, Texas. Sherman Police Department Patrol Officers responded to the scene and conducted an investigation. The operator of the suspect vehicle was identified. The operator of the suspect vehicle has one previous conviction for driving while intoxicated. The suspect was released to a sober party and charges filed for driving while intoxicated second offense.

Sherman Police Department Patrol Officers responded to the scene and conducted an investigation. The operator of the suspect vehicle was identified. The operator of the suspect vehicle has one previous conviction for driving while intoxicated. The suspect was released to a sober party and charges filed for driving while intoxicated second offense.


Theft - On June 24, a male complainant made telephone contact with an officer regarding a theft. The complainant stated an unknown suspect stole property from his vehicle. The vehicle was parked in a parking lot at a residence located in the 3300 block of North Heritage Parkway in Sherman, Texas. A theft of property $100

Disorderly conduct - On June 24, Sherman Police responded to a residence in the 1900 block of West Pecan Street, in reference to an assault. Upon police arrival an investigation was conducted which revealed two parties began arguing which lead to each party physically fighting. A disorderly conduct fighting report was generated.


Credit or debit card abuse - On June 24, a female complainant made telephone contact with an officer regarding fraud. The complainant stated an unknown suspect made unauthorized charges on her account at a business located in the 4100 block of N. US 75 in Sherman, Texas. The incident occurred on may 14. A credit card or debit card abuse of the elderly report was generated.


Possession - On June 25, an officer Ross conducted a traffic stop in the 3700 block of N US Highway 75. Officer Ross spoke with the occupants and later asked for consent to search the vehicle. Officer Ross then deployed his K9 partner to open air sniff around the vehicle. K9 alerted to the vehicle and contraband was located inside the vehicle. A possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 between one to four ounces report was generated.


Driving while intoxicated - On June 26, officers initiated a traffic stop with a vehicle in the 1100-block of N Sam Rayburn Freeway. During the stop, the driver exhibited multiple signs of intoxication. The driver consented to a field sobriety test that confirmed his intoxication. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. An offense report was generated.


Theft - On June 26, Sherman Police received a call from a man who witnessed a theft and was following suspect’s vehicle. This theft occurred near 2600 Rex Cruse Drive, Sherman. The reporting party lost sight of the suspect vehicle near Lamar Street and US 75 freeway. No one is in custody at this time. A report for theft of property$2,500

Criminal mischief - On June 26, Sherman Police were dispatched to the 6400 block of Texoma Pkwy for a criminal mischief complaint. The victims vehicle had two windows broken out and two tires slashed by an unknown suspect during the nighttime hours. A criminal mischief report was generated.


Criminal mischief - On June 26, a male reported his vehicle window was broken in the 2000 S Hillbrook St. The victim estimated the cost of damage to be $300. A report for criminal mischief $100
