After a man was found dead outside a convenience store Saturday morning, Sherman Police said foul play is not suspected.

Sgt. Brett Mullen said Police and Fire-Rescue officials responded to the Lucky Stop gas station and convenience store in the 1600 block of Texoma Parkway at approximately 6:30 a.m. in reference to an unresponsive person. Authorities arrived on scene and found a deceased 65-year-old man.

“There’s no indications of a criminal act or foul play,” Mullen said. “But, it’s important to found out the exact cause of death, so we’re still investigating.”
