Grayson County District Attorney Brett Smith’s office released Thursday a list of people who were indicted this week on violence related charges.


The indictments are a formal charge and are not considered proof of guilt.


The following people were indicted:


Timothy Taylor, 47, of Sherman — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of theft of property with previous convictions;


Nickholas Williams, 26, of Sherman — assault family violence and household member;


Jonathan Craig, 28, of Sherman — assault family or household member and continuous violence against family members;


Brandon Duckworth, 38, of Denison — assault family member or household member impede breathing;


Makala Byrd-Roberts, 23, of Denison — injury to a child, elderly, or disabled person with intent to commit bodily injury;


Austin Dittman, 18, of Denison — aggravated assault against a public servant;


Jeremy Stephenson, 30, of Denison — indecency with a child sexual contact;


Collin Roberts, 34, of Carrollton — assault family or household member with previous and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;


Mark Allen, 21, of Denison — two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon’


Michael Crawford, 42, of Denison — four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
