The Grayson County District Attorneys office released a list of people who were indicted on theft and other charges this week. The indictments are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt.


The following people were indicted:


John Bradley Nelson IV, 44, of Denison — failure to appear;


James Moore, 57, of McAlester, Oklahoma — failure to appear;


John Renteria, 47, of San Antonio — failure to appear;


Colton Lorance, 27, of Sherman — failure to appear;


Michael McDaniel, 43, of Pottsboro — unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, tamper with evidence and assault of a peace officer;


Amber Cochran, 29, of Denison — forgery;


Myranda Morgan, 22, of Sherman — secure execution of a document by deception;


Skylar Carter, 29, of Denison —unauthorized use of a motor vehicle;


Brian Dickeson, 38, of Sherman — unauthorized use of a motor vehicle;


Lowell Hodge III, 37, of Mount Pleasant — engage in organzied criminal activity, theft of property, and two counts of credit card abuse;


Chassidy Darling, 31, of Hendrix, Oklahoma — engage in organized criminal activity and theft of property;


Tod Darling, 53, of Hendrix, Oklahoma — engage in organized criminal activity and theft of property;


Horacio Morales, 43, of Whitesboro — burglary of a habitation;


Bejamin Beste, 27, of Denison — evading arrest with a motor vehicle;


Crystal Turner, 38, of Sherman — burglary of a habitation;


Jeffrey Banks, 39, of Sherman — burglary of a habitation;


Kory Ostlund, 36, of Whitewright — two counts of forgery;


Christopher Moyo, 45, of Dallas — false statement property or credit and fraudulent use of identification;


Brittany Dutton, 30, of Sherman — unauthorized use of a motor vehicle;


Richard Hubbard II, 36, of Whitewright — fraudulent use of identification items;


Johnny Lee Session Jr., 25, of Mesquite — theft of property $2,500 to $30,000;


Colvin Arnold, 25, of Mesquite — theft of property $2,500 to $30,000;


Dustin Marshall, 30, of Denison — burglary of a habitation and forgery.
