Developers for Schulman’s Movie Bowl Grille and Legacy Village will seek permission to build a monument-style signage at the southeast corner of the intersection of FM 1417 and U.S. Highway 75 when the Planning and Zoning Commisson meets Tuesday at 5 p.m.

Here are three other things that will be discussed at the upcoming meeting:

1. Austin College

Representatives with Austin College will seek permission to turn the 1900 block of N. Grand Avenue and 1100 block of Frisco Road into two lots for future development. Documents for Tuesday’s meeting did not indicate what type of development will take place at the site.

2. Snow cone stands

Just in time for summer, the commission will consider two requests related to seasonal snowcone stands. Applicants are requesting temporary use permits for stands at 1803 E. May St., and 205 and 215 E. Brockett St. The permits will allow the stands to operate from May until September.

3. Tattoo parlor and vape shops

The commission will consider two applications related to vape shops. The first request relates to a proposed vape shop and tattoo parlor at 125 N. Travis. The second request relates to another proposed vape shop at 2002 Loy Lake Rd.
