The Denison Planning and Zoning Commission will return to previous business and consider a request for overhead electric lines for a property along the U.S. Highway 75 service road when it meets Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Denison City Hall.

The commission previously discussed a site plan that called for overhead feeder lines for a new automotive development along the service road near Stafford Drive. Current Denison ordinance calls for buried lines, but developers asked for an exception due to cost constraints. The request was tabled in order to give staff more time to research the cost for the project.

Other items that will be considered include:

• exceptions to city code for exterior construction for single family homes located at 610 Deleon St., 2623 Flora St. and 2621 Flora St.;

• a zoning change from local retail to single family for a property located at 300 E. Hull St.; and

• a zoning change from commercial to light industrial for 5.838 acres for a property located at 2212 W. Morton St.
