The Sherman Planning & Zoning Commission will consider plans for Heritage Farms Estates during its regular meeting at 5 p.m. Tuesday in the council chambers of City Hall at 220 W. Mulberry St.


Owners Wyldewood Homes LLC are requesting replat approval for the property in the 1100-1300 blocks of South FM 1417. Wyldewood Homes has plans for a 93-residential lot development that would also include six commercial lots. The commission’s board of adjustments will also consider variances for the width of seven lots.


The commission will also consider plans for Carrus Behavioral Hospital at 1724 W. U.S. Highway 82 between Post Oak Crossing and Rex Cruse Drive. Carrus Health Holdings LLC is seeking a specific use permit and site plan approval to allow inpatient/outpatient care.


Remington Sherman Automotive LLC is requesting a specific use permit and site plan approval to allow a two-sided digital billboard at 600 E. Lamberth Road. The owners are also requesting exceptions from the board of adjustments to allow the billboard to be 672 square feet and have a 1,667 radial separation.


Knightbridge Property Group LLC is requesting a specific use permit and site plan approval for a duplex at 917-919 North Brents Avenue.


A site plan will be considered for a proposed storage room addition to QuikTrip at 6120 North U.S. Highway 75.


Hambrick Triple H Investment Group LLC is requesting a replat of the property at 521 East Brockett Street and 520 East Carter Street into two lots. A variance is also requested for the replat to be 37.5 feet wide with 2,963 square feet.


The commission will also consider the approval of a replat for the property at 2211 East Alma Avenue. Owners Bridgestone Construction LLC are requesting to replat the property into one lot for residential development. The board of adjustments will also consider a request for a variance to allow a lot width of 59.89 feet.
