Crimes against children lead off the list of people indicted this week in Grayson County. Interim Grayson County District Attorney Brett Smith released a list of the people who were indicted this week by Grayson County grand jurors. The indictments are formal charges and are not indications of guilt. The following people were indicted:


Aimee Kochsmeier, 23, of Sherman — abandon or endanger a child criminal neglect;


Christopher Castle, 31, of Sherman — abandon or endanger a child criminal neglect;


Ray-Charles Lockett Jr., 36, of Dallas — three counts of sexual assault of a child;


Nam See Leung, 36, of Denison — possession of a controlled substance (meth);


Miles McKeown, 37, of Sanger — forgery of a financial document;


Calvin Reynolds, 53, of Randolph — terroristic threat against a peace officer or judge and retaliation;


Moises Rodriguez, 32, of Sherman — possession of a controlled substance (meth);


Cameron Valdez, 28, of Pottsboro — possession of a controlled substance (heroin);


Angelica McClendon, 27, of Denison — fraud;


Dominic Tobias, 37, of Van Alstyne — failure to appear;


Timothy Tolleson, 19, of Farmersville — possession of a controlled substance (meth) and prohibited substance in a correctional facility;


James Griffin, 54, of Princeton — possession of a controlled substance (meth) in a drug free zone and possession of a controlled substance (meth);


Christina Frakes, 38, of Denison — possession of a controlled substance (meth);


Tristan Cartwright, 59, of Denison — possession of a controlled substance (meth);


Nathaniel Bain, 35, of Denison — assault family member with previous conviction;


Donald Bingham, 37, of Denison — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;


Joshua Wilson, 31, of Denison — three counts of burglary of a habitation and one count of prohibited weapon;


Jamie Montoya, 43, of Whitesboro — possession of a controlled substance (meth);


Ulrie Cassita, 53, of Denison — driving while intoxicated third or more;


Jimmy Locey, 40, of Sherman — driving while intoxicated third or more and tamper with evidence;


Michael Bruffy, 46, of Gordonville — driving while intoxicated third or more;


Joshua Barrier, 38, of Sherman — possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone (alprazolam), possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone (amphetamine); possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in a drug free zone (tramadol);


Marcos Alvarez, 29, of Wichita Falls — unauthorized use of a motor vehicle;


Donald Fields, 44, of Sherman — theft of property;


Jacqueline Toney, 45, of Whitesboro — theft of property;


Benjamin Renfro, 30, of Sherman — possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone (tetrahydrocannabinol), possession of a controlled substance marijuana in a drug free zone and possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone MDMA;


Shiloh Hamilton, 34, of Sherman — possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone (tetrahydrocannabinol), possession of a controlled substance marijuana in a drug free zone and possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone MDMA;


Kristina Platt, 28, of Denison — possession of a controlled substance (meth);


Brant Minyard, 44, of Sherman — possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone);


Christa Mundine, 47, of Sherman — theft of property with previous convictions;
