Fannin County District Attorney announces grand jury indictments


Fannin County District Attorney Richard Glaser recently announced that a grand jury reviewed 27 cases last week and returned indictments on all of them. Indictments are formal charges and are not to be considered evidence of guilt. Glaser said grand jurors have returned 130 indictments so far in 2017.


The following people were indicted last week;


David Bowling, 20, of Blue Ridge — possession of a controlled substance;


Robert Henry Brock, 57, of Bonham — delivery of marijuana to a minor and possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone;


Hunter Bau, 18, of Leonard — possession of a controlled substance;


Ronnie Colbert Jr., 27, of Bonham — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;


Kenderick Demon Cuba, 40, of Ladonia — assault family member with a previous conviction;


Keshawn Devin Dailey, 17, of Bonham — unauthorized use of a motor vehicle;


Howard Wayne Gregory, 27, of Bonham — possession of a controlled substance;


Matthew Harper, 28, of McKinney — possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone;


Javier Jaramillo-Benitez, 22, of Paris — two counts of bail jumping and failure to appear;


Wade Howard Lane, 33, of Denison — evading arrest or detention with a vehicle;


Shelly Lynn Mosley, 47, of Bonham — unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon;


Janet Newman, 48, of Ladonia — theft of property;


Thomas Leslie Pemperton, 49, of Leonard — theft of property;


Troy Dwayne Powell, 54, of Dodd City — possession of a controlled substance;


Alvin Deshawn Ransom, 26, of Bonham — unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and evading arrest or detention with a previous conviction;


Sunni Raper, 34, of Wylie — manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance;


Jessica Denise Reed, 37, of Bonham — assault family member impede breathing;


Autumn Marie Shelton, 35, of Bonham — theft of property with previous convictions;


Charles Phillip Shires, 28, of Bonham — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;


Alan Darryl Sims, 34, of Dallas — unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon in a weapons free zone;


William Odell Steele, 58, of Bonham — possession of a controlled substance;


Michael Quinn Titsworth, 53, of Ivanhoe —possession of a controlled substance;


Otis James Wolfe Jr,, 45, of Honey Grove — possession of a controlled substance.
