For much of its half century of existence, the Texoma Chapter of Ducks Unlimited has been guided by the steady hand of Sherman's Jim Lillis. As the group gets ready to celebrate its 50th anniversary at its Oct. 21 banquet at the Mayor Arena of Denison's Loy Lake Park, Lillis and others will put to work the well-oiled process that has stood the test of time and helped raise countless dollars for the ducks.
