Angler Rashard Manning had a viral big fish catch at Denison’s Waterloo Lake last Saturday when he caught and released this huge blue catfish. While blue catfish have never been officially stocked at the community lake in Denison, the big blue cat taped out at 45-inches in length and is believed to have weighed close to or beyond the existing lake record. Whole no certified weight was obtained, the catch stands in line to become a blue catfish catch-and-release record for the small lake pending the certification process.
