This week, the Grayson County District Attorney’s Office released its list of recently indicted individuals.

The indictments are formal charges and not an indication of guilt.

The following individuals were indicted:

Gabriel Torres Lezo, 33, of Euless – Possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Keaton Shane George, 35, of Roy – driving while intoxicated third or more;

Zachary Ty Glore, 29, of Whitesboro – aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault of a family or household member with previous conviction;

Anthony Paul Owens, 39, of Denison – possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver (meth), theft of property $2,500-$30,000 and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle;

Wende Andrew, 48, of Whitewright – aggravated assault against a public servant;

Jose Carlos Santan-Delgado, 48, of Plano – driving while intoxicated third or more;

William Travis Morey, 36, of Thackerville, Oklahoma – possession of a controlled substance;

Michael Dale Arrington, 45, of Gunter – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Jessica Danielle Nelson, 33, of Sherman – fraudulent securing of document execution by a public servant and theft of property $2,500-$30,000;

Kasaundra McShan, 34, of Denison – eight counts of fraudulent securing of document execution by a public servant;

Ernest Lee Hicks, 41, of Denison – evading arrest or detention with a vehicle and driving while intoxicated third or more;

Angela Renee Puckett, of Garland – possession of a controlled substance (amphetamine);

Bridgett Nadean Burger, 47, of South Lake – two counts of bail jumping and failure to appear;

Jeffrey Lynn Chancellor, 36, of Odessa – driving while intoxicated third or more;

Kara Nickole Dudley, 43, of Kaufman – possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute (meth);

Marvin Mayo, 64, of Dallas – possession of a controlled substance (cocaine);

Gregory Aaron Dunaway, 26, of Sherman – driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 and abandoning or endangering a child/individual imminent danger of bodily injury;

Jamar Roshan Green, 39, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance (acetaminophen), possession of a controlled substance (clonazepam), possession of a controlled substance (lorazepam), possession of a controlled substance (promethazine) and possession of a controlled substance (morphine);

Nicholas William Frazier, 37, of Bonham – burglary of habitation and engaging in organized criminal activity;

Jason Thomas Janke, 50, of Denison – burglary of a habitation, engaging in organized criminal activity and possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Nikolas Dale Hamilton, 33, of Denison – burglary of a habitation and engaging in organized criminal activity;

Melissa Ann Baula, 36, of Howe – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Sanjuan Santiez Turner, 39, of Carrollton – possession of marijuana;

Jack Pryor, 33, of Denison – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Nicholas Neal Weimer, 37, of Pottsboro – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Jeremiah Daniel England, 31, of Plano – possession of a controlled substance (meth), unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Raymond Eugene Osborne Jr., 55, of Denison – possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver (meth);

Ronald Gene Bohannan, 57, of Sherman – collision involving serious bodily injury;

Lisa Marie Goracke, 44, of Cartwright, Oklahoma – possession of a controlled substance (meth HCI);

Shelly Dawn Langley, 48, of Durant, Oklahoma – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Elizabeth Eileen King, 57, of Denison – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Zachary Taylor Pierce, 20, of Denison – possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine);

Jason Charles Labarge, 61, of Denison – possession of controlled substance (meth);

Myron Eldon Butler, 55, of Denison – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Jaime Conception Alvarez, 44, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Robert Crowhunter, 58, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Mark Oliver McElroy, 35, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver (meth) and evading arrest or detention with previous conviction;

Heather Renee Morales, 34, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance (Dihydrocodeinone)

Matthew Allen Estrada, 51, of Sherman – assault of a family/household member impeding breath/circulation and assault of a family/household member with previous convictions;

Lisa Ann Fulmer, 54, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver (meth) and possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone);

Alexis Nia Guzman, 27, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance (meth) and prohibited substance/item in a correctional facility (meth);

Jordan Deion Patterson, 27, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance (fluorofentanyl);

Adan Joaquin Garcia, 41, of Sherman – prohibited substance in a correctional facility attempt (pantoprazole);

Rhonda Aline Parker, 53, of Sulphur – possessional controlled substance (tetrahydrocannabinol);

Lizset Delgado, 30, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance (meth);
