WHITESBORO —The First United Methodist Church in Whitesboro will have its annual Peanut Festival barbecue from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

There will be barbecue meats, beans, coleslaw and dessert along with a silent auction with handmade wooden pieces and an antique grandfather clock.

Proceeds from the barbecue and silent auction will support the United Methodist Men and Hurricane Harvey Disaster Relief.

The church is located at 122 S. Union Street in Whitesboro.
