Larry Rudolph Wallis, of Sherman Texas, passed away November 22, 2022 at the age of 83, with his family by his side. Larry was born January 4 1939, in Delta Colorado to his father Paul and mother Clara Wallis.

He graduated with the class of 1957, from Delta High School, where he was a star wrestler and participated in football. Larry was married in 1971 in Redwood City California, to his wife Cathrine (Baldwin) Wallis, of 50 years. As a younger man Larry had a love for riding and racing motorcycles and flying airplanes. Larry also took an enormous amount of pride in watching his children and grandchildren participate in activities of their own. Larry is preceded in death by his father Paul. Larry leaves behind his wife Cathrine of Sherman Texas, Mother Clara, sister Ginger Cochran, of Colorado, two sons,Chris Wallis of Azle Texas, Todd Wallis and wife Michelle Wallis , of Deni son Texas , 3 grandchildren,Cristin Cappock and husband Brandon Cappock of Surprise Arizona, William Wallis and Lauren Wallis of Denison Texas,2 greatgrandchildrenand many other family members, friends, and loved ones that will truly miss him and his willingness to help anyone in need.

Larry’s wishes were for his body be donated to research and science at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas Texas. The Family will celebrate Larry’s life at a later date.
