This week, the Fannin County District Attorney’s Office released information related to its most recent grand jury proceedings. Criminal District Attorney John Skotnik reported the Fannin County Grand Jury returned several indictments.
“It is important to note that an indictment is a formal charge and should not be considered as evidence of guilt and that all persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt,” provided information said.
The following individuals were indicted:
Shelley Elizabeth Hill, 58, of Bonham – possession of a controlled substance penalty group one 4-200 grams with intent to deliver and tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair enhanced;
Brandon Lee Mitchell, 43, of Leonard – aggravated assault with a deadly weapon family violence;
Nathan Cortes, 30, of Honey Grove – aggravated assault with a deadly weapon enhanced;
William Brian Saunders, 58, of Bonham – attempt to commit assault of a peace officer enhanced and prohibited substance/item in correctional facility enhanced;
Hugo Daniel Verde, 45, of Trenton – assault of a family/household member impeding bread/circulation;
Stacy Warren Reeves, 60, Bonham – possession of a controlled substance penalty group one under 1 gram methamphetamine and driving while intoxicated third or more;
Paul Frederick Rose II, 29, of Bonham – three counts of aggravated assault of a child;
Latasha Rowland, 38, of Bonham – possession of a controlled substance penalty group one under 1 gram;
Ricky Shaw, 35, of Bonham – possession of a controlled substance penalty group one under 1 gram in a drug free zone enhanced;
Kevin Randolph Dove, 58, of Savoy – possession of a controlled substance penalty group one 1-4 grams methamphetamine enhanced;
Christopher Lee Gunn, 33, of Trenton – sex offenders duty to register for life/90 days enhanced;
Gregorio Lorea, 44, of Fort Worth – prohibited substance/item in a correctional facility;
Ronnie Lynn Maples, 56, of Bonham – two counts of sex offender duty to register with previous convictions enhanced;
Eduardo Miguel Rios Jr., of Dallas – prohibited substance/item in correctional facility;
Erik Morgan Ruble, 42, of Trenton – possession of a controlled substance penalty group one under 1 gram, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one 1-4 grams (methamphetamine) and prohibited substance/item in a correctional facility;
Steven Alan Stuber, 41, of Bonham – sex offenders duty to register with previous convictions;
Kerry Douglas Wade, 42, of Telephone – two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon family violence;
Zachary Randal Morris, 42, of Telephone – bail jumping and failure to appear felony;
Mario Montell Stewart, 26, of Bonham – assault of a public servant;
Krystal Kay Wilson, 31, of Bonham – forgery and two counts of tampering with a governmental record;
