Everett Lynn Suter was born April 15, 1954, in McKinney, TX to Everett Lowell Suter and Betty Sue Combest. He was raised in Sherman where he found his soulmate, Kathy Simmons on July 2, 1972. They married on March 20, 1976.
He worked for Denison Central Foundries, Culligan of Texoma, and retired from GE/ACT Communications of Bonham.
Suter is survived by his wife Kathy of Bells; son Buddy of Bells; daughter in law Chey Suter; sisters, Janie and husband Doug Singleton of Sherman, Barbara and husband Michael Ratcliff of Pyeongtaek, South Korea; sister-in-law Brenda and husband Ray Nolan of Clay Center, NB; grandchildren Gage Suter-Kilgo of Denison, Kyla Suter of Sallisaw, OK, Kallie Suter of Sallisaw, OK, Ally Suter of Sallisaw, OK; Aunt Jean Vanhounten of Defunrak Springs, FL. Also, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, father and mother-in-law Bud and Sandy Simmons; son Jimmy Suter; grandson Dalton Paul; daughter-in-law Gabriel Suter-Kilgo. A visitation will be held Tues. June 28th at Waldo
A visitation will be held Tues. June 28th at Waldo Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be Wed. June 29th at Waldo Funeral Chapel at 10:00 A.M. burial will follow at Stoney Point Cemetery in Melissa, TX. Pallbearers will be Gage Suter-Kilgo, Kenneth Lee Graham, Michael Ratcliff, Jr, Christopher Ratcliff, Gary Seals, Chris Kilgo, Terry Pratt, and Beau O’Bier. Honorary Pallbearers will be Roger Young, Larry Spykes, Doug Singleton, Sr., Phillip Pickett (Bam Bam) and Nick Wimbish.
Family and friends are invited to meet after 1:00 P.M. at 1033 S. Travis in Sherman. Please join us for food, drinks, and memories in honor of Suter.
