Last week, the Grayson County District Attorney’s Office released a list of recently indicted individuals. The office releases indictment lists several times each month.

Grand jurors look at cases presented by the District Attorney’s Office to see if there is enough probable cause to bring a case to trial. If grand jurors decide there is a sufficient amount of evidence to move the case forward to court, the person is indicted. If jurors decide there is not enough evidence to move forward, the person is no billed or not indicted.

The names of people who are no billed are not generally released to the public.

Indictments are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt.

The following individuals were indicted:

Brandon Lacorey McKnight, 44, of Dallas – possession of a controlled substance (cocaine);

J. Reyes Lupercio-Rodriguez, 62, of Denison – one county of commit tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair and assault peace officer;

Stephen Lynn Gott, 48, of Collinsville – evading arrest or detention with a vehicle;

Alianna Michelle Freeman, 18, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone (delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol);

Tyreke Waunyae Destin Davis, 25, of Saginaw – abandon/endanger a child/imminent danger bodily injury;

Elizabeth Marie Watson, 43, of Sherman – tamper with electronic monitoring device;

Justin Michael James, 36, of Denison – tamper with electronic monitoring device;

Daphanie Ann Nesmith, 44, of Freeport – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Richard Anderson Farmer III, 27, of Denison – possession of a controlled substance (cocaine);

Ryan Keith Reid, 53 – assault of a public servant;

Michael James Soles, 55, of Gordonville – driving while intoxicated with ahcild under 15 years of age and abandon/endanger child with intent/knowledge/reckless/criminal negligence;

Adan Santos Luna, 21, of Denison – evading arrest or detention with a vehicle;

Joseph Mark Antonio, 39, of Pottsboro – possession of a controlled substance (cocaine);

Christopher Andrew Hankins, 45, of Dallas – assault of a peace officer;

Stephanie Dawn Davis, 37, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (dihydrocodeinone) and tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair;
