Emmett Dave Burleson, 85, entered into eternal life, Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at Texoma Healthcare Center in Sherman, Texas.

Mr. Burleson was born December 13, 1936, in Knox City, Texas the son of Emmett J. and Winnie Juanita (Davis) Burleson. Dave served his country proudly in the U. S. Army, he retired as Master Sergeant. He married the love of his life, Earline Cristman, December 26, 1989, in McKinney, Texas. Dave loved the Lord and was a member of Southside Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, and brother. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Dave leaves behind his beloangements are under the dved family, wife, Earline Burleson, of Denison, TX; daughters, Dagmar Harris of Belton, TX; Stephanie Hargrove of Temple, TX; Jana Bishop of Anna, TX; brother, Charles Burleson of Pottsboro, TX and sister, Letha Hoedebeck Price of Denison, TX. As well as grandchildren & great- Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Emmett and Juanita Burleson, sister, Shirley Thigpen, brothers, Bobby Burleson and Danny Burleson and son, Steve Belton.

Dave will be cremated according to his wishes. Graveside service with Military Honors, will be held at 10:15 a.m. Friday, October 21, 2022, at DFW National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
