Good Morning: Planning for the new season
The summer was a pretty busy time. It seemed like there was a lot of events going on each weekend. As someone who attended all of the Music on Main and Hot Summer Nights concerts, Thursdays through Saturdays this summer were filled with music and time outdoors.

Over the weekend, I got the opportunity to briefly return to my childhood and one of the things that made it awesome as Amazon debuted Batman: Caped Crusader. The latest take on Batman follows familiar territory, especially for an animated series, but has grown up enough to hold its own.

While I am not exactly enjoying the return of the super-hot weather this week, I am delighted to be able to stay inside and watch the Olympics from Paris France. The opening ceremony was a bit of a head scratcher for me, but I was prepared for it to be thought provoking given the fact that it was in France, a country steeped in history and art.

Good Morning: A collection of knickknacks tells a tale
Now, most people who know me know that I am not one for sentimentality or things like that. I am usually looking forward to whatever is coming next, but in those few times that I stop for a minute, even I can be caught up in the warm fuzzies and nostalgia.
