DENISON - Curtis W. Campbell, 66, died surrounded by his wife and children on Monday, April 25, 2022 in Denison, Texas. Curtis was born in Plainview, Texas on February 22, 1956. He graduated from Pottsboro High School and Grayson County College. He and Vicky Boling were married in Pottsboro on September 8, 1976. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, was a member of Grace Temple Baptist Church in Henrietta, Texas and retired from Red River Authority of Texas as General Manager after 36 years.

Donald Ray Chapman

MADILL, OK - Donald Ray Chapman, 90, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away on April 23, 2022, at the Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. He was born on October 12, 1931, in Wichita Falls, Texas to the late Richard Edward Chapman and Ella Essie Nichols Chapman. Don was raised in Wichita Falls and Corpus Christi, Texas area. He graduated high school in 1951 from Ringling, Oklahoma and later attended OSU, Southeastern State University and Murray State Colleges. Don served in the United States Army and fought in the Korean War. For his service, he received the National Defense Service Medal. Don married Peggy Yvonne Ezell on April 2, 1971, in Arkansas. Over the years he owned and operated several rental properties, video stores and motels. Don worked 28 years as a Superintendent of Mail for the US Postal Service. In his younger years he enjoyed swimming, skiing, jumping off Tuckers Tower at Lake Murray, Oklahoma and going to Turner Falls in Davis, Oklahoma. Don also enjoyed camping, gambling, and square dancing.

Elmer Lee Stuckey

LEONARD - Elmer Lee Stuckey of Leonard, Texas, passed away April 15, 2022, at the age of 67. He was born on February 1, 1955, to Robert Turner Stuckey and Thelma Janice Gentry Stuckey in Gainesville, Texas. He attended school in Sadler and served in the Navy. Elmer married Dorothy Howell on April 13, 1990, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. They recently celebrated their 32nd anniversary. Elmer was a mechanic by trade and could fix anything with an engine. He built hot rods and was involved in drag racing when he was younger. He loved to work on and rebuild old trucks. His favorite hobbies were collecting and trading pocket knives, watching bull riding, and old westerns. He was a member of The Church of Christ.
