Sory Elementary students get a hands-on lesson on how to apply for a job
While students across Texoma spent Thursday preparing for summer vacations, a group of Sherman Independent School District students got one final lesson on how to apply for a job. Students from Sory Elementary spent Thursday afternoon talking to area employers at the 23rd annual Workforce Solutions Texoma Career Connection job fair.

US 75 Frontage Road Conversion to One-Way in Van Alstyne
Texas Department of Transportation officials today announced that the US 75 frontage roads in Van Alstyne will be converted to one-way traffic on May 27. This one-way conversion will happen on both the east and west sides of US 75 from County Line Road (CR 375/Panther Parkway) to FM 121.
