Sherman-Denison labor market continues growth trajectory
The Sherman-Denison civilian labor force has increased by nearly 2,000 workers over the past year as growth continues to take place across Texoma. The Texas Workforce Commission noted in its latest jobs report that the local labor force grew from about 69,900 workers in August 2023 to 71,800 workers one year later.

Sherman approves agreement for Lamberth, Post Oak Creek improvements
