Sherman P&Z denies zoning change for Luther Knox development
The Sherman Planning and Zoning Commission has denied new zoning for a proposed mixed-use development amid traffic concerns near multiple schools. The commission denied a zoning change request related to a 20.7 acre development along Luther Knox Drive that could have brought street improvements, a new fire station and multi-family housing to northeast Sherman.
