Sherman receives first applications under revised incentive program
Sherman city leaders are approved the first line of downtown incentives under its newly revitalized Downtown Building Improvement Grant Program. The city agreed Monday to give nearly $343,500 in incentives to four businesses for improvements to buildings in the downtown area and central business district.
