My expectations have changed in recent years.
High Noon Toastmasters will have its open house to celebrate the organization’s centennial next week. Toastmasters was founded by Ralph C. Smedley in Santa Ana, Calif. The organization has over 270,000 members in more than 14,000 clubs in 150 countries.
