The Boys and Girls Club of Denison has been serving youth in the Denison community and surrounding counties since 1966. We offer programs that improve academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character and leadership. Our club is all about our kids and their futures.

We are a community-based organization focused on helping make the world around us a better, happier place. With the help of our tireless staff, we organize fundraisers, exciting community-building events, and in-depth training sessions in our futures.

NEEDS (for all ages):

socks, winter hats, gloves/scarfs, book bags, jackets/coats, card games, board games for the family

WANTS (for teens, ages 13-18)

things that they can use for school items: pens, pencils, planners, pencil pouches, things they may need to re-up on for school that parents can’t get to right away, folders, sketch books, decorative water bottles/thermos’

things they can use at home/in their rooms:lap desks for homework, desk fans, headphones, LED lights, neck pillows, wireless speakers, comfy blankets, crochet kits, any books for Teens to read, a book reading light…

WANTS (for littles, ages 5-12)

sketchbooks, art sets, jewelry making sets, science books/kits, coloring books, markers/crayons, any small stuffed animals, binoculars/any outdoor things for kids, reading books, walkie-talkies, Barbies, Pokemon, sports items, play kitchen items, bike safety/helmet, knee/elbow pads, sidewalk chalk
