SHERMAN – US Army Purple Heart recipient, Mr. Billy Gene Boyd, age 74 of Sherman, transitioned from time to eternity Sunday, April 17 at his home.

A public visitation will be Thursday, April 21 from 10 AM until 6 PM and funeral services at 11 AM Friday in the Memorial Chapel at Cravens Funeral Home.

Eulogy will be given by Sterling Boyd. Burial will follow in the Veteran section of West Hill Cemetery with Military Honors.
