Billie Jean Franklin-Paddock, 85, of Del City, OK, passed away on September 13, 2022 in McLoud, OK. Billie was born in Sherman, TX to Jeremiah Bradley Franklin and Erin Lovene Fletcher-Franklin on January 27, 1937. She went to school at Sherman, TX. She owned her own consulting business until she retired. She attended Sunnylane United Methodist Church until moving to Iowa. Billie loved her family, country music and dancing. She was also a past First Lady of the India Shrine Temple. She loved to travel and was blessed to have been able to do so throughout her life. Billie is preceded in death by both parents Jeremiah Brandley Franklin, Erin Lovene Fletcher-Franklin, her husband Weldon Wayne Paddock, her brother John B. Franklin, sister Joan B. Brown, sister Jerrie Lynn Franklin and niece Maria Edeliza Jumao-As Jiongco Perkins (Liza). Billie is survived by her son Michael W Paddock and wife Pam Paddock, son Donald M Paddock and wife Sonya Paddock, granddaughters Shanna Paddock, Madison Paddock, and Cassandra Paddock, grandsons Sean and wife Brittany, and Brandon Paddock, and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be 9am to noon Saturday September 17th, 2022 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home in Del City, OK. Funeral services will be held at 2pm Saturday September 17th, 2022 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel with Adam Young of Sunnylane Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Sunnylane Cemetery, Del City, OK.
