With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Angela Marie Hurst “Hill” of Denison, Texas November 28, 2022. She was born to the late Robert E. Hill and Anna Marie Hill “Webb” in Parsons, Kansas. Her father, Robert, worked for the railroads and was transferred to Denison, Texas when Angela was eight years old. She went on to graduate from Denison High School and set out to conquer the world.

Angela started her 25-plus-year career at The Terrace at Denison Assisted Living, where she worked in the Kitchen. She found the love of her life Ricky Hurst and married him in 1987. She was a loving wife and mother that loved her family unconditionally.

After her retirement, she loved to work in the yard and go shopping, every chance she had. Angela is preceded in death by her parents, Robert E. Hill and Anna Marie Hill, and niece, Cheyenne Noel Wolf.

She leaves behind her husband Ricky Hurst, son Patrick Jackson, sister Janice and husband Peter Okwuma, niece Shawna and husband Kenneth Beetle, great-nieces Sara Elizabeth Gomez, Skylar Wolf, Madeline Rensenbez, and Alissa Gomez, other family and friends that will truly miss her.

A Celebration of Life is set for Friday, December 9, 2022, at 11:00 am at Fisher Funeral Home in Denison, Texas, 604 West Main.
