Norma Lynne Moore

Lynne was called home to Jesus on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. On July 16, 1952, Lynne was born in Fort Worth, Texas, to Betty Jo Beaver and Leroy Felder. She was a middle child, sister to older brother Steve and younger sister Dusty, and later a big sister to baby brother Billy Gaylen who went to be with the Lord at only two months old. Lynne was a daddy’s girl, and she was an avid fisherman. She also loved to sew and crochet, bake and cook for her family, and she loved the Lord with all her heart. She always had a “green thumb”, and she loved watching the Dallas Cowboys. She was known to get a little rowdy on game day.

Lynne fell in love and got married to Alfred Leroy Moore in 1970. They had five beautiful children. Her family always knew her to be a hard worker, working 2-3 jobs at a time to support her family. She was always fond of her time at The Crow’s Nest & Western Sizzlin. After her divorce, she became a caregiver and worked hard to obtain her CNA license. She worked at many local nursing homes as a CNA and staffing coordinator, and eventually she went to work as a baker at Walmart (which was her favorite job). She has touched the lives of so many over the years and was known to have a heart of gold. She loved her children, grandchildren, and family with all her heart, and they were her drive over the years. She was able to take part and see her beloved son Jimmy marry the love of his life, Patricia, at Lake Texoma just last August.

Lynne is preceded in death by her dad Leroy Felder, mom Betty Jo, stepmom Maxine, baby brother Billy Gaylen, and sister Dusty.

She is survived by brother Steve Felder & wife D’Ann, son Michael Moore and wife Michelle, son Jimmy Moore and wife Patricia, daughter Kimberly Anderson and partner Joe Dale, daughter Jennifer Jones and husband Michael, son Jeremy Moore and wife Abigail, nephew Steve Felder and family of California, 20 grandkids and 12 great-grandkids. She also left behind her beloved fur baby, Gizzy, who was by her side until the Lord called her home. Her family would like to give special thanks to Home Hospice of Grayson County, TMC Home Health, and Texoma Medical Center for their care and compassion.
