GCDA releases end of June indictments

The Grayson County indictments released at the end of June included several charges for possession of methamphetamine as well as many crimes against children.

Grand jurors meet several times throughout the month to assess indictments. Indictments are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt.

The Grayson County District Attorney’s Office has indicted the following people:

Jessica Mata Needum, 50, of Providence – theft of property under $2,500 with two or more previous convictions;

Santos-Francisco Martinez, 40, of Whitesboro – aggravated assault with a deadly weapon family violence and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;

Nathan Wesley Veal, 18, of Whitesboro – credit card or debit card abuse and possession of a controlled substance (amphetamine);

Joshua Paul Johnson, 38, of Sadler – sex abuse of child continuous victim under 14, two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child (rape), sexual assault prohibited/purport spouse, sexual assault of a child, indecency with a child sexual contact and two counts of indecency with a child exposes;

Eric Gabriel Arredondo, 33, of Denison – two counts of failure to comply with sex offenders registration 10 years;

Adedonte Jammmal Cheatum, 34, of Denison – possession of a controlled substance (meth) and theft of property $2,500-30,000;

Mandy McGehee, 46, of Denison – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Crystal Gale Maly, 45, of Pottsboro – possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (meth);

Kelly Denise Wald, 58, of Pottsboro – possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (meth);

Travis Lloyd Parker, 34, of Kingston, Oklahoma – evading arrest or detention with a vehicle;

Kyle Eugene Gawrych, 22, of Pottsboro – unlawful use of a motor vehicle;

Brian George Dillon, 46, of Whitewright – burglary of a habitation and possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Rodrigo Solorio Aceves, 49, of Whitewright – burglary of a habitation;

Christopher Ryan Cagle, 39, of Denison – engaging in organized criminal activity and possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Timothy Bret Smith, 47, of Seven Points – engaging in organized criminal activity and theft of property $2,500-30,000;

Bradley Samuel Renshaw, 38, of Denison – engaging in organized criminal activity and theft of property $2,500-30,000;

Kristian Lee Kintz, 39, of Denison – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Demetrius Deion Keys, 30, of Farmersville – possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (meth);

Justin Samuel Lamb, 30, of Durant, Oklahoma – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Nicho Ronshad Patterson, 37, of Denison – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Ryan Mark Robertson, 35, of Denison – possession of a controlled substance (meth) and prohibited substance/item in a correctional facility;

Tayon Tyre Moore, 24, of Denison – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Gregory Lee Watkins, 61, of Okmulgee, Oklahoma – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Cody Lee Reeves, 33, of Denison – tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair;

Marie Lynne Smith, 42, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Jose Gabriel Aviles-Morales, 20, of Granbury – two counts of sexual assault of a child and injury to a child/elderly/disable with intent;

Antonio Dionne Carr, 29, of Sherman – credit card or debit card abuse;

Andrew William Inmon, 40, of Sherman – aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and evading arrest detention with previous conviction;

Spencer Dylan Hope, 35, of Sherman – injury to a child/elderly/disable with intent bodily injury – family violence and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon – family violence;

Cindy Leann Corley, 44, of Sherman – unlawful use of a motor vehicle;

Tavin Tarique Hughes, 26, of Denison – possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (cocaine);

Jeremy Jerome Dunlap, 35, of Irving – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Gary Leon Wiggins, 75, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Barnabus Sebastion Taylor Cheney, 31, of Sherman – unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
