Fannin County releases end of June indictments

Fannin County District Attorney Joh Skotnik recently released the names of the individuals who the Fannin County Grand Jury returned true indictments.

“It is important to note that an indictment is a formal charge and should not be considered as evidence of guilt and that all persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt,” the release said.

The following individuals were indicted in Fannin County:

Willie Charles Husband Jr, 43, of Anna – driving while intoxicated third or more offense;

James Glen Ewing, 50, of Hendrix, Oklahoma – driving while intoxicated third or more offense;

Barry Don Brawner, 66, of Ivanhoe – possession controlled substance penalty group 1 one to four grams (meth);

Fernando Delgado Lopez, 44, of Bonham – driving while intoxicated third or more offense;

Dylan Wayne Gee, 33, of Bonham – sex offender duty to register for life annually;

Eleazar Delacruz, 40, of Bonham – bail jumping and failure to appear felony and tampering with electronic monitoring device;

Kolton Mavis Dudley, 36, of Whitewright – aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault of a pregnant person and violating bond/protecting order two or more times in 12 months;

Donnie Edwin Fonville Jr., 34, of Leonard – two counts of indecency with a child sexual contact and sex abuse of a child continuous and five counts of indecency with a child sexual contact;

Dylan Wayne Gee, 33, of Bonham – harassment of public servant;

David James Helton, 31, injury to a child/elderly/disable with intent bodily injury;

Leah Michelle Johnson, 40, of Balch Springs – driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age;

David Dewayne Loftin, 50, of Pecan Gap – burglary of a habitation enhanced;

Raymond Matthew Watson, 47, of Sherman – theft of property $30K-150K;

Jeremy Dwayne Wilson, 38, of Honey Grove – aggravated assault causing serious bodly injury;

Lula Jo Wood, 74, of Ravenna – injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent bodily injury;

Leos Drbohlav, 45, of Trenton – theft of property $30K-150K from nonprofit and theft of property $2,500-30.
