The Grayson County District Attorney’s Office has released information related to its latest round of indictments. Many of the indictments included drug related charges and cases of driving while intoxicated. There were some charges of assault with a deadly weapon and assault of peace officers or public servants.

Indictments are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt.

The following individuals were indicted:

Desiree Lee, 19, of Van Alstyne – evading arrest or detention with a vehicle;

Derrick William Caldwell, 49, of Kansas City – possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (meth) and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon;

Rafael Antonio Mazariego Hernandez, 30, of Dallas – tamper/fabricate physical evident with intent to impair;

Anthony Brock Gravette, 32, of Whitesboro – aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (family violence) and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;

Gregory Michael Blanton, 54, of Granbury – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Gary Lee Pence, 51, of Collinsville – driving while intoxicated third or more offense;

Donald Carl Dillon, 27, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance;

Ashley Franchelle Derrick, 39, of Garland – forgery financial instrument;

Allison Marie Ringlaben, 38, of Houston – possession of a controlled substance (meth) and tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair;

Joel Patrick Oconnor, 44, of Houston – unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon;

Ashley Nicole Clark, 39, of Sherman – driving while intoxicated third or more offense;

Jamie Leigh Frost, 41, of Greenville – possession of a controlled substance (heroin), driving while intoxicated third or more offense and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;

Jorge Veleta Dominguez, 57, of Sherman – bail jumping and failure to appear;

Bryan Shane Williams, 45, of Sherman – unlawful use of a motor vehicle;

Ralph D. Thomas, 63, of Denison – possession of child porn child younger than 10 years of age F2;

Brandon Esneider Nunez-Prieto, 22, of Gaithersburg – two counts of tamper with government record defraud/harm;

Michael Scott Osborne, 48, of Denison – theft of property $2,500-30,000;

Koby Derrick Gerving, 21, of Denison – prohibited sexual conduct and theft of a firearm;

Kenkade Douglas Grant, 36, of Farmersville – aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;

Stephanie Ann Meade, 50, of Achille – assault of a public servant and two counts of assault of a peace officer;

Derrick Dwayne Clark, 34, of Denison – possession of a controlled substance (meth), theft of property under $2,500 with two or more previous convictions and theft of property $2,500-30,000;

Isaac Anthony Valencia, 30, of Dallas – criminal mischief $2,500-30,000;

Bobbi Josephine Elvington, 60, of Sherman – possession of a controlled substance (meth);

Elysabeth Ann Dally, 26, of Longview – hinder apprehension or prosecution known felon;
