For developers of a new apartment complex, the second time was a charm after the Sherman Planning and Zoning Commission approved a rezoning request for property along Texoma Parkway and Luther Knox. The commission unanimously approved a request for planned development zoning for a 387-unit complex this week after developers agreed to relocate the main entrance away from a school and residential neighborhood.
