Sherman is expected to see savings over the lifetime of bonds it recently passed for nearly $82.26 million of water and wastewater projects. The City Council agreed to issue these bonds, which will finance improvements to the wastewater treatment plant and other facilities, through the Greater Texoma Utility Authority when it met earlier this month.
